Rating: I would like to take a moment to thank David Meredith for sending me this book to review. I truly enjoyed this retelling. Thank you so much for the opportunity to read your version of Snow White. I will be giving this book a 4 out of 5 stars. I love retellings of any fairy tale. This book was no exception. Throughout reading this book the way the author wrote it was so clear and vivid, it was truly a work of art and I was in awe over it. I would definitely love a hard copy to have just because it really spoke to me. This book goes into the emotion side of Snow White. What really struck a cord with me was her grief. It felt very human, real, and raw. Having lost love ones myself can I understand where she is coming from. I don’t want to give too much away of this story but if you are looking for a retelling of Snow White and a book with all the feels then this should definitely be your next book. Please be aware that this book does have some scenes that are for older readers.
